At BIBA Bangladesh, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and that your products reach you in a timely manner. Below, you’ll find all the necessary details about our shipping and delivery process.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer delivery services across Bangladesh. At the moment, we do not ship internationally.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Our goal is to deliver your products as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Inside Dhaka: Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Please note:
- Business days are counted from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Fees
We charge a nominal shipping fee based on your location:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 70.
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 70.
Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Order Processing
- After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with tracking information (if available).
- We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement, except on weekends and public holidays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information if available. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your delivery status. If tracking is not available, our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any queries regarding your order status.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order twice. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to us.
- In such cases, you may need to pay additional delivery fees to have the package re-shipped.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, certain situations may cause delays, including but not limited to:
- Unforeseen weather conditions
- Political disturbances
- Road blockages
- National holidays
In case of any delays, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated about the status of your order.
8. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately:

Note that changes to the shipping address can only be made if the order has not yet been dispatched.
9. Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as undelivered due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or any other issue:
- Our team will contact you to resolve the issue.
- You may be asked to cover additional shipping fees for re-delivery if required.
10. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged or lost during shipping:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item(s).
- If the package is lost, we will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
11. International Shipping
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and hope to offer international delivery in the near future.
