When your order arrives, you have the right to check the product in front of the delivery person. This helps ensure that you are happy with what you ordered before completing the delivery.

Not Satisfied? Exchange or Refund On the Spot

If the product isn’t what you expected — whether in color, size, or quality — you can choose to:

• Exchange it immediately for another product, OR
• Return the item and request a full refund.

No questions asked. No extra charges.

Terms & Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Exchange or refund decision must be made during delivery in presence of the delivery agent.
• After delivery is completed and accepted, post-delivery returns are not applicable.
